Scheduling flow
Scheduling flow
Despite my desire to conduct research and user interviews, there were higher-priority tasks for the development team, and we agreed to tackle those first. My role was to design prototypes so that the team could start coding them, thereby saving time to carry out my research. This way, I would gain the time needed to conduct the research.
When integrating new clinics into the online scheduling service, we encountered four scenarios:

Clinics that only inform opening hours

User reserach
Interviews
As I began the research, I understood that the user concentration was the result of a deal struck years ago with the owner of a supermarket chain called Super Rede. They offered our product as a benefit to their employees, paying a monthly fee at a discounted rate per user.
- 4 Interviews
- 3 Eployees
- 1 Owner

Important answers:
Employees:
“If it wasn’t a benefit, I wouldn’t subscribe.”
“It’s good for those who don’t have health insurance.”
Owner:
“I decided to offer the medical consultation service as a benefit because I believe that a healthy team is more productive. I want to provide something that goes beyond just work.”
