To ensure the platform effectively addressed the needs of both target audiences, I developed two distinct personas that guided the design and functionality of the project. These personas represent the key user groups: the player community and brands looking to enter the Brazilian crypto market.

To further refine the user experience, I mapped out two detailed user journeys—one for each persona. These journeys helped visualize the steps each user would take to achieve their goals, identify potential pain points, and ensure the platform provided a seamless and engaging experience for both the player community and brands.

Once the stakeholder journeys were designed, it became clear that the greatest value for the user is to see the payment credited to their bank account, and for the company, it’s the expansion of their user base and awareness in LATAM.

Therefore, these would be the essential elements of our first version, in order to test stakeholder interest and analyze their experiences.

The solution involved a main landing page that served as the entry point, offering users the choice to explore two distinct paths: one tailored for brands and another for the player community. Each landing page was designed with its target audience in mind, ensuring clarity, engagement, and ease of navigation.

This project not only enhanced the company’s ability to connect with its audience but also demonstrated my ability to create intuitive, audience-specific designs within a unified ecosystem.
