About the product
Online store specialized in products that bring personality and express the love between pets, guardians, and multi-species families. My role in the company was to turn it from a dream that only existed on paper into a fully functional e-commerce. In this way, I developed the entire visual identity and Design System, including name, colors, logo, typography and UI components; I created all the graphic design materials for advertising and product display; I built the entire e-commerce platform with a shopping cart, payment system, and delivery system.

I successfully established an e-commerce platform using WordPress. I began by selecting a suitable theme and customized it to reflect the brand’s identity, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly design. I integrated essential e-commerce features such as a shopping cart, secure payment gateways, and inventory management tools. Through diligent effort and strategic planning, I transformed a simple WordPress site into a fully functional e-commerce platform that provides a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Despite my desire to conduct research and user interviews, there were higher-priority tasks for the development team, and we agreed to tackle those first. My role was to design prototypes so that the team could start coding them, thereby saving time to carry out my research. This way, I would gain the time needed to conduct the research.
When integrating new clinics into the online scheduling service, we encountered four scenarios:
